My VZP is a mobile application that allows you to monitor your insurance payments, payer history, or an overview of reported care comfortably from one place. It is intended for all VZP policyholders who wish to communicate with us electronically and are tired of visiting a branch. You can easily register your whole family and control the data of all its members from one account.

As an authorized representative, for example, of a spouse, grandparents, parents, or anyone else for whom you have the legally verified power of attorney.

What will you find in the application?

1. Overview of health insurance payers. Check who pays health insurance premiums for you and who has paid them for you over the past 5 years.
2. Status of health insurance payments.
3. If you pay for health insurance yourself or have ever paid insurance premiums (as a self-employed person or under special agreements), check if you have any arrears or payment discrepancies.
4. Overview of self-employed income and expenses. We enable self-employed individuals to submit income and expense reports without the need to visit our branch or send them by mail through the VZP Point bonus application.
5. Summary of healthcare payments. Find out what healthcare services you have used according to reports from healthcare facilities and how much these services cost. You can also report any discrepancies.
6. Fees and additional payments. Check the amount of your deductible amounts for medicinal products and foods for special medical purposes with regard to the legally set protective limit, after reaching which any further payments will be refunded within the statutory deadline.

Access to our policyholders' data can only be established if they have active insurance with us (not terminated based on insurance within the EU or long-term stays). You do not need to be our policyholder to set up representation, but we would appreciate it if you became one.
